Secrets of Being Organized

Documents & Information - Devise a simple structuring and naming system to easily find documents and information later.

To Do's -Create to do lists using Outlook software with a few keywords in the subject. This keeps important things in existence.

Some categories:
 People, projects, cars, homes, systems, computers, etc.
 Promises, stuff loaned, borrowed, things to buy , bills...

Be comprehensive.
When you're finished with your list, the stuff not written down isn't important enough.
